"HiGlide" is a micro-particle made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) that has undergone surface modification. The surface modification enhances adhesion to the coating film and prevents particle detachment, allowing the characteristics of UHMW-PE, such as slip properties and wear resistance, to be maintained over a long period. Additionally, the introduction of hydrophilicity improves dispersion in the paint, enabling uniform functionality.
